If it is like a tii clock there should be a small opening on the back of the clock housing with small arrows indicating which way to turn the screw inside in order to speed up or slow down the mechanism. Hope this helps.

Does anyone know if there is any adjustment to the clock speed? Mine has not work for many years, until I found the broken solder to the solenoid. It is now working, but seems to be almost an hour behind/week. Any suggestion to rectify this problem?
