I have an opportunity to purchase a coupe for what seems to be short money. I'm not a rich man and therefore do not have the resources or the time for a restoration. I have owned 2002's in the past and have found them to be (mechanically and financially) simple and forgiving enough to work on and
maintain.

Is a coupe as mechanically simple? (or shall I dare say "user friendly"??)

This coupe has been garaged for the past 7 years (in the northeast) What problems should I expect to find in a car that has been sitting that long??

I know rust is a death sentence for thses cars. Where are
the known locations??

Is there any websites that I can find such neophyte information??

Thanks in advance and any warnings/ words of wisdom is welcom with open arms.
