It must be rust-free, have a perfect interior with leather seats (no rips), original carpeting, wood, uncracked dash, working a/c, tight and smoke-free motor, fresh suspension, alloys, sunroof, limited slip... and it can't be any more than $10K.

Am I being unreasonable?

Okay, I could do without the limited slip.

Also, one more thing. If you find a car like that for me to buy, please don't buy it yourself. I would consider it a personal favor if you would save it for me to buy.
