a friend/neighbor of mine is an original owner of a '73 black CS and he says the exact same thing.

he says every time he thinks about selling his coupe, someone inevitably comes along, compliments the car, and makes him think to himself that he can never part with it.

this has been going on for 27 years now. his total cost of ownership: well over 100 grand.
