I have put in a set of Koni Reds in my E9, but unfortunately I am not finished with the restoration so I have not been able to drive it just yet. Maybe next week!!! Anyway, I had Bilsteins in my E28 5 and they upper seals in the front blew in 8k street miles. I have driving the Konis that I have for over 10k and 2 auto-xs and they are just fine. I would suggest Koni over Bilstein anyday.

Anybody have any knowledge of Koni shocks in regards to the Cs.I thought I had made my mind up and was going to go with Bilstein HD's,now I'm not so sure.Any thoughts?

Brian;
I have used Bilstein, Tokico, and now Konis on my BMW's. I found the Bilsteins just a little too firm, but an excellent product. I thought the Tokico's were harsh and under dampened. I just put a new set of Koni Red adjustables on my E-24
and I am extremely pleased.
