always get some hot air on left foot. (archive)

Wondering about sugestions for fixing my heater. It seems to always let in some hot air on my foot when it is warm outside. Doesn't matter whether the air lever is off, and the vent lever off, or any combination for that matter. If I move the temp lever to the hot position it is worse.
Seems like some flap isn't closing all the way, or seal on air flap is no good. Thanks for any suggestions!
