Though not for a coupe, I called BMW NA Customer Assistance and requested a manual for my '83 533i. The girl on the other end of the line was tentative and would look in to it. I mentioned I was a long-time CCA member and had seed the offer for replacement manuals in the Roundel.

Lo and behold, it arrived today. Black and white repro, but bound, and with a nice letter saying basically "here it is and thanks for becoming one of the BMW family".

Cool. Now if only it would do for the CS.

can someone source these for me? specfically 1971. even a photocopy would be fine. let me know. thanks.
