I have a 1971 2800 and for the unbelivable price of $50.00 I was able to purchase a 1987 M6 that had fire damage. The engine, trans and diff seem to be in great shape but the wiring and computer were damaged in the fire. Will this combo fit in my 71? if so, will a carb work on this engine? and if not, do you think it would be worth it to purchase the wiring, computer and other nik naks damaged in the fire. Thanks for all your help.
