parts and labor give or take $300.00 depending on Your location / install labor Your looking at $2000.00 easy
P.S. what's the condition of Your tan int. I've been wanting to change to tan leather. E.mail Me Re. condition -if you want to sell and or need more info on whare to go for a int.kit.
