Since I changed the tranny to a ZF, the shifter was offset to the left, so I had to re-do the whole console piece and then I decided to put this type handle on it.
For the steering wheel, I just sanded the spokes and painted it with aluminum color spray can and then a few coats of clear. Very simple.

The gear selector looks good. When you sanded the wheel how did you ensure the finish was consistent and not showing crazy scratches everywhere.
