the induction noise is more than likely the result of having "open" air cleaner elements like K&N filters or foam. If you can build a airbox for the whole works, it should quiet the nose dramaticaly.

You should think about going to a stock system for a 3.0 CS. They had larger diameter pipes throughout. They sound decent and they fit.
By the way, the Weber sidedrafts are always going to be noisy!!
