Some of the replacement glass isn't big enough, so they're built-in leakers. Or, if you're lucky, the windshield isn't centered. Or maybe the original w/s seal was used or just isn't a very good one. If the rubber is pliable enough, you can try running a bead of windshield sealer under the seal, particularly under the corners.

Talk to your local glass place. If you tell them you'll be back for a seal replacement or new glass, they might help you out in the meantime.
