What you need to convert is the trailing arms, calipers, rotors, parking brake pads, parking brake hardware, parking brake cables, trailing arm hard brake line. These trailing arms bolt onto the the 2800cs subframe. If you have a 3.0 with the rear disks, all you have to do is take the trailing arms off in one piece and then put them on the 2800cs subframe.
