Don't forget! The master cylinder is different for disk brake cars. The 2800cs uses the same master as a 2002tii, the 3.0cs master is the same as Bavarias and most E12's. Supposedly they have different proportioning for disks vs. drums, though they are the same diameter. I suspect but cannot confirm the only difference is the presence of a little brass fitting in the end of the master cyl. where the rear metal line attaches on the 2800cs master which is not used on the 3.0cs master.

What you need to convert is the trailing arms, calipers, rotors, parking brake pads, parking brake hardware, parking brake cables, trailing arm hard brake line. These trailing arms bolt onto the the 2800cs subframe. If you have a 3.0 with the rear disks, all you have to do is take the trailing arms off in one piece and then put them on the 2800cs subframe.
