I have been trying to cure a misfire on my bat for a while now. I have changed the plugs, leads, pertronix. I have removed the leads one by one with the car running to try and identify the bad cylinder but no single cylinder seems to be blatently misfiring. When the engine revs it is fine as youd expect and it has good power.

Any ideas?

It might be worth checking the cap for evidence of carbon tracking. Also check the spring
loaded center contact,I had a similiar problem and
the cause was the spring had dislodged itself from
the contact and I was only getting intermittent
contact with the top of the rotor.
