If your car has a sunroof, then there are drain pipes in that panel that should be let out from those holes ( there are pipes on both sides). A lot of our car have those holes plugged or covered up at somepoint in the past, and the sunroof drain just hangs loose on the rear window area and contributes to more rust.

Coming through the rockers just ahead of the rear wheels there is small drain hose. Should it connect to something on the inside? The body shop repaired the rust in this area, but left no provision for a drain. I have been trying to see behind the window motor with a mirror and can see a hose running up the wheel well, but not the begining or end of it.
