In no particular order, perhaps if you get the motor on a scope you'd see how/which cylinder is misfiring, and possibly why. Is the color of the plugs uniform? The cleanest plug could indicate a vacuum leak (or water leak, heaven forbid).

Also, you might get your spray can of electrical cleaner, remove and shoot clean each injector connector, seems I've heard this can be a weak spot with D-jet. One of the guys in our office has a turbo mazda with a bad injector connector - we'd never have found it except that while wiggling the connector - wallah! - the engine ran better. Pardon my frog.
