Looking for reliable mechanic in Southeast (archive)

Help ! I have a 73 3.0 CS needing work. A previous mechanic trashed the interior and skipped town with a few parts as well. Car was complete and running but has not been started in two years. I'm located in central North carolina . Any help in locating a qualified wrench would be most appreciated.
