I got samples from both World and GAHH. They were comparable in color, quality and match.

The World folks were much more accomodating and easy to speak with but their lead time is 7-10 days. They quoted me a cut and sewn price for the arm rest and console as a set.

The woman (Jackie) at GAHH was far less than hlpeful. She put me on hold until I told the receptionist I was ready to order. She did not understand what the console was but that if measured, she could send me a piece that I could cut. All the time on the phone she had a 'tude.
They did say that they could ship today, however.

So I called back the World folks and ordered. Service sells.

And GAHH's website is truly awful. Andrey, please call them ASAP!

Hello all:

I need some replacement leather pieces to make a repair to my back seat center arm rest and stumbled upon the World Upholstery web site. They say that they maintain the original dye lots, etc. I am having sampels sent to me as well to test the match.

Anybody use these guys? Reputable? Good? Bad?

Thanks for your comments
