The (total) collector car industry standard
since before long before the genesis of the CS Registry (and BMW CCA for that matter) is the Old Cars Price Guide. When one of their researchers (a CS owner and driver) questioned your "quoted source" publicly, the general response of the registry "hoarde" (your word not mine) was outrage and blatant ad-hominum jr-hi-style name-calling. Interestingly, the response was not unlike YOU all have posted here today. If/when cars sell, of course the owners are under no obligation to tell the world about it. But if the "registry" is in fact tracking these sales, members s/b able to access the information contained in the registry. You guys and dolls who are paid up members of the registry should talk with Art and Marilyn (privately and politely like civil car enthusiasts) and see if the fruits of a little discretion get you the information you so quickly want to question in this public, and unfortunately somewhat anonymous forum.

Regards to all,

dp
