Do you mean all four lights are lit on high beam setting? Isn't that what's supposed to happen?

And the headlights are not fused. Why? Klaus and Dieter are drooling away in the old folks home now, and they're not telling. After installing a quartet of Hellas ('70 2800cs), I've added an inline 12 amp fuse where the lighting wires meet the rest of the loom. Though I keep a fire extinguisher handy, I'd rather not spray the car with it...
