I have not seen injected cars go for a premium. If anything, I believe CSi models are tainted from the "gray market" whereas CS cars are not.

Again, the D-jetronic injected cars, aside from having a less-than-perfect injection system, are usually stripped down cars by US standards and therefore bring less, at least on the east coast.

On the other hand, many have put injected motors into US cars and that doesn't seem to bother many owners/buyers. On the contrary, this seems to be the preferred setup for the BMW crowd.

To each his/her own.

One last thing: Just because a car supposedly sells for an exhorbitant price doesn't mean that's the market value.

It's disingenuous & misleading to state that an unsubstantiated, unverifiable claim of a price is the going rate.
