I had a problem of my engine shutting off on the CSiL and I went thru everything I knew like the fuel pump, fuel pump relay, trigger points, ECU, and ...., and nothing!! It finally truned out to be the main relay that was under the pressure sensor that was just getting stuck and it would work by hitting it. I changed that and the car runs fine now. So, I know you don't have the D-Jet on it, but it could be a relay that sends signals to the ECU!!!
