This is killing me but I made a career decision to reduce stress and the guilt of not taking proper care of these cars will end as of right now as I type this email.

I have owned the 1970 cs since 1988. The car was stripped to bare metal and repainted hennarot in 1989. I used to be in the rustproofing busines so I at least slowed down the inevitable decay. It is old and tired but straight and not a rusty hulk. Body panels are great but the tub is just OK.

While taking the car to the shop for a fresh head gasket, it mixed, but it ran fine. I have a clean straight 2800 head and the old 3.0 head. Has been sitting for over a year. Trans is smooth as butter and would run like a scalded etcetera. Webers and so on. Has what we call a JBader exhaust system that others may want to copy for performance and economy.

The car will be a great driver but is not concours restoration material. We were going to make a school car out of it but keep it on the road. 124k miles, bought it with 95k. It breaks my heart to part with it. I would hate to see it go for parts but there are a lot of straight unrusty parts to the car. A new head gasket and a detail would make it run and look good.

The other car is a parts car for the red car. Forget about the body. It does have triple sidedrafts and Korman intake and Stahl header. Engine looks too clean to be true from the internal point of view. Chrome is nearly perfect. bumpers straight and rubber good etc. Lots of rubber gaskets on this car that are very nice.

There was a third car I parted out. You can take it all. In fact, you must take all of it to get any of it.

Glass, chrome, halo, wheels x three sets (BBS basket weave and OEM old and newer), power steering pumps, steering rack, brakes, rear suspension from a 3.0; head, transmissions, rear ends, flex joints, three radiators. I just paid $225.00 for some special radiator we had made with extra cooling in mind for hard school driving.

Car is located in Tampa, Florida. Make an offer. You can steal the cars but do not insult me with abuse and expect to make a deal. You know what this stuff is worth just as I do.
