Never bought anything from them, but you may want to check out mrglasscar.com. Section 9, part 2. Actually, someplace called Cypress Auto Restoration apparently does the work.

I know they have reproduced the wood speaker grille for the dash, and looks like Cypress will refinish your wood, or sell you freshly veneered replacement pieces on waterproof substrate. (Or as they put it - sub straight)

Prices (-$400/4) don't look too out of line with what is available from places like Maxmillian. I think they were quoting about $575. for four new pieces.
