anyone know good car alarm discussion board? (archive)

Hi all

I'm still down after the theft, strip and recovery of my other favorite, a 1970 280sl Mercedes roadster after spending more than a full year with its total restoration. I want to try to make sure it doesn't happen again, so I was wondering if there is a good discussion board like this one where I could find out how to best protect my car. It was stolen with a tow truck in LA. in broad daylight virtually from under me. The alarm was set and had a starter interupt. The alarm didn't go off because the car wasn't broken in to. Does anyone know of vehicle tracking systems besides Lojack, Teletrac and On-Star? Thanks a lot, Tom.
