E3, E9, 2002 Corral @ Old Westbury Concours (9/16) (archive)

I have asked to the event coordinators for the Concours @ Old Westbury, Long Island, if they would consider a corral area, separate from the main concours event, to allow the display of E3, E9, and 2002 models. The event coordinator said the committee would consider setting an area aside for the display of these models, if we, as a group, would maintain and manage the area.

I need some feedback from anyone who might consider attending and presenting their car for display, at this event. I need someimmedaite feedback, as I have to formally submit a request to the committee before Wendesday.

The event, which is held on the grounds of a former estate, is sponsored by the New York chapter of the BMWCCA and is normally very well attended. They feature 3 marques, namely BMW, Ferrari and Porsche. BMW, despite the chapters sponsorship, noprmally has the least amount of vehicles represented.
