why is my coolant foamy? (archive)

there isn't oil in the coolant, car doesn't seem to loose coolant or much oil, coolant not discolored (yet), doesn't overheat (in fact runs real cool).

I just put the carbs back on to try get things running a little better. Front 3 cylinders would oil foul badly. Have not taken off plugs since carbs went back on. Still runs poorly below 2000 rpm.

I have a bad feeling about this...
