You are right about the future. It depends on how the present registrars run things. Their heart is in the right place, and if it was not for them, a lot of valuable past information would be lost. But, the CS REGISTRY does allow us to have a focal point for things such as gatherings, a central point to put out information, etc. But then again, so does this forum to some extent. I guess being involved in the REGISTER/REGISTRY for 16 years makes me want to keep it around. And, some people just don't use boards like this, and like hard printed material. I enjoy both.
