Remove the door panels. You will see three wires leading to each motor (set screws connect the wires to the motor block).

Have someone activate the switches while you check for voltage to the motor. If there is 12v present (the brown is ground) between ground and one terminal, and when the switch is reversed, 12v is present at the other terminal, suspect the motor unless it is mechanically jammed (rotate the white nylon wheel to test for this as Howard suggested).

If there is no voltage present, look into the wiring or the switches. Then disconnect the wires to the motor and apply 12v directly. Reversing the 12v polarity should cause the window motor to reverse direction. Thankfully switches are readily available for $25 or so each if that's your problem.

just purchased '72CSa.neither of the driver side windows work.can anyone help me in where to start in troubleshooting,thanks.
