The little motor hasn't much torque all by itself, but it's geared down about 47 to 1... then it's got plenty. When it runs the glass to full stop at full speed, it REALLY runs into a wall. So much so, that it may jam against the stop.
If you can back it off using your finger on the nylon gear, it may free the window.
Now the fix: Remove the winder mechanism. At the full stop position (both open and close) there is a little rubber bump stop on a 6x1 mm screw thread. This is the "soft stop" against which the motor should run at full open or closed. Frequently the little rubber baby buggy bumper is AWOL. Likely NLA too, though I haven't checked.
My solution (though my windows don't jam) is never to run them fully closed, or if possible, open, since they may jam there.
Also, run them frequently whether you need to or not. Not full travel, but just a few inches each way, say at least once a week, to keep things friendly.
