It doesn't have the same poop above 4500 rpm, but it idles better, and pulls better in the rev band we usually drive at on the street.
The car recently migrated to Texas and cruised (with the 4 spd) up to 90 mph w/o complaint I am told.

My dry, cold compression test results are 140, 148, 137, 153, 148, 148.
Per the blue book, less than 142 psi is poor, so cylinders 1 and three are poor, the rest are normal (142 to 156 psi).
Since my coolant is foamy, I'm pretty much committed to doing a top end overhaul. I think the cam is good, although I haven't checked lately, while it's out, is there/what are the suggestions for sportier cam I could put in? I'm not a haul-ass driver, so I don't want a big lumpy stick that'll only be happy at top end.
TIA, Charlie
