use a flashlight and climb into the glovebox and driver-side glovebox. look at the metal on the firewal, and above toward the A-pillars. That's reportedly a nasty place for rust.
if it has a sunroof, open it to make sure it's not rusted shut and then check the drains somehow (I think the go into the rear wheel wells? I can't remember). Also, look at the C-pillar roundels closely, as there may be rust under them for some reason.
I'd check the front and rear windshield seals. With 60k miles that should all be in good shape, you'd think.
if you're serious about the car, take it to a shop you trust to check it, especially one that will lift it up for you so you can look under it. If it's a CSi or Euro CS, ask about it's outside-US history.
