low mileage isn't necessarily a good thing. i think the more important question is how it was treated/stored/maintained over the course of its life. a lot can happen in 28 years.
i'm reminded of what a friend of mine said about the springs on a very original, untouched car -- "those aren't factory. the factory didn't install 30-year old springs on the car."
