1: Antiseize or nothing.
2: don't know. Damn tight.
3: lots of paper towels, then carb cleaner and/or brake cleaner spray. DO NOT USE AIR!
4: Use latex or nitril gloves and simply fill with your fingers.
5: not aware of sealer used. Sure its not grease?

I just got my CV jints off, after much sweat and pain. Now I need to reassemble them, and have several questions about putting them back together.

1)What should I coat the bolts with to avoid future stuck bolts? I was thinking anti-seize, or blue lock-tight?

2)What is the right torque for the bolts, and what is the tightening pattern?
3)How do I remove the old grease from the joint itself? I was thinking of blowing it out with compressed air?
4)Is there a trick to get the new grease into the joints?
5)The boot kit contains a little tube of sealant, is this for the back plate, the lip of the boot, or both.

Any and all responses appreciated.
