As I recall, the 3.3 and 3.5 motor hp ratings only differ by 1 hp, but the 3.5 has a good bit more torque. Will you keep the stock diff? Will you use 5-speed OD trans? How do you drive? What's your mental demand of the resulting car?

You need to provide much more info for anyone to comment reliably, but the 3.3 and 3.5 owners like what they have though they don't say what they paid.
