my driver side front and rear turn signals are weak. The bulbs are fine. Any idea what could be causing this?

I assume that the other side is ok. First, are the bulbs the correct wattage, second, check the grounds to the housings. Third, the "reflectors" maybe dirty or the original shiny finish worn. If you can't clean them, you can spray them with reflective paint or just silver paint.
