I am currently restoring CSL 4355030, which is a late 3153 car with fittings for the bat paraphernalia.
The engine is unique and many parts for it are very different from the 3.0 and earlier 2275/2285xxx CSL's, and not available. The VIN number will be stamped on a pad on the back left of the block near the trans and behind the starter. If this number does not match, the car will be much lower in value than one having the correct number.
What is VIN of car?
If you have pix I would be able to advise you a bit better.
