The only way I know to get a salvage title is to rebuild a car that was damaged to the extent of 60% + of its value. Then it is 'totaled' by the insurance company, and if rebuilt, it gets a salvage title.

Anyone notice that the engine bay and the trunk bay are not Polaris? Cut rate color change. Wonder how long that "nice" exterior job will last.
