I think the confusion came and the clarification as well when he said "What I'm looking for is the red lens on the left rear side, not the turn signal lens, only the tailight lens" . Now Dale, isn't the turn signal lens a part of the tail light? It is on mine.

Merdad, Joe is saying he wants the whole left tail lens, the one made in red, with only clear for the backup (the later ones are red and amber)
