I know that working on an L-jet car that the injectors have a resistor pack that steps down the voltage. This may also be true of the D-jet (not sure.) My boss had a running problem on his L-jet 633csi that we finally attributed to the resistor pack having a bad connection (one set of injectors was not functioning properly.) If D-jet has a resistor pack- CHECK IT! This little thing causes all sorts of driveability problems that are hard to trace because you are looking at other fuel related things first. Also, if one set of injectors are not working properly and the D-jet does not have a resistor pack, check their ground wires. In addition, check for flow volume of your pump, not just pressure (although your symptoms don't sound like fuel pump considering that one injector unplugged causes no change while one causes near failure.) Have you read your plugs to check for the mixture condition in that particular cylinder? Has the car been sitting for long? If so, check that all the rubber injector seals are intact, because a vacuum leak that close to the cylinder causes a nasty lean problem. Need more help? Just ask -P
