I took mine apart and put it back together. It had alot of hard grease in it and i cleaned it up and polished the contacts then reassembled it with some new grease. I couoldnt get my cancel to work, but I didnt try. It looked like the cancel tab was twisted and I wasn't sure how it contacted the post.

The real problem I have is that the switch gounds out when I turn the wheel. There are two rivets that hold the column inplace and they are loose. I will be drilling them out soon and bolting it back together.

The switch is rather easly to dissasemble. However the hitch is to bend the little tabs just enough to get into it with out breaking them. I broke one but got it back together. Just go slow.

If you would like to talk about it contact me privately.

Good luck.

Troy
PS I think I have some pictures of it appart.

... and more importantly, put it back together and get it to work?

My TS won't cancel after right turns. I've twiddled with the position of the switch on the column, to no avail. I have a Nardi wheel and hub, BTW.

I recall the stalk/switch is not made to be disassembled, but then neither are the window switches, and they can be "done".

So, has anyone gone through theirs to good effect?
