I have just done that job last night. We wound up adjusting the door angle. The adjustment screws are inside the front of the doors ( you will need to take off the trim to access them).
You will need to jack the doors up - from the rear to the front depending on how much lift is needed. Be prepared to do this a few times to get the right pitch and alignment. You will need to be patient also.

Good Luck

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get the best join between the two side windows. Replacing the rubbers only goes part way to creating a seal. I'm still left with a 1/4 inch gap at the top under the roofline.
With winter coming on and the heater being as reliable as an E9 heater is, its going to get awful cold!
