I am new to the e9 world but not so new to the bimmer world. I have ran across what might be an exceptional deal on a 2000cs. It is silver and was restored years ago and then sat at the restorers shopp as the job was never paid for. So the car has been sitting for years and probably would take some coaxing to run again. First question, this car has 4 round headlights not the sleeker euro looking headlamps. I know that I have read that this is the way they were sold in Britain but this car is lefthand drive. Doe anyone have any knowledge of this? Also I knw rust is going to be a factor and I haven't been able to take a look at the car yet. Where are the problem areas?? Last question, if this is going to be my play car I want some umph! Would an s14 conversion be out of the question? Is it similar to the s14 conversion for a 2002?
