Steve, One way would be to go to eBaymotors.com. They have links to get estimates on both enclosed and open haulage. I got a price to move my 2800 from MO to AL and as I reacall it was $600 or so.(driving it was more fun). Perhaps $1500 to $2000 across the country. A while back I inquired into moving some industrial equipment and I think a dedicated flatbed was about $1.45 mile.
