Update.... the screw finally broke loose with vise grips... and is now reinstalled with Neverseize.. thanks to someone for that suggestion.

The system when bled makes a huge mess - the stream drips into... you guessed it... the fan air stream, blowing it back over the engine and car. Probably did it wrong, but couldn't figure out a better way. Eventually it seemed to stop showing bubbles (like you could really tell...)... and she seems to be running fine. Thanks for your help.

I swapped the radiator on the coupe today - which was very easy by the way. Three 10mm screws on the passenger side to loosen, remove the hoses... walla... it comes right out.

Anyway, I can't get the screw for bleeding the water pump air to work... it is frozen and will not turn... any ideas on how to burp it? I tried just letting the air come through the fill reservoir, but I am afraid I may have overheated the engine doing that (tell me they are not that sensitive...)
