I might have the Korman drawings within reach too (not so great, but they sort of make sence). here's the basic idea:

thermostat housing's top radiator hose inlet should be angled toward the radiator a bit, so it should be rewelded. that lets the hose get away from the air cleaners. air horns won't fit, you'll need something like ramflow's or the like (unless you replace your brake booster with something tiny)

there's some seven-series coolant system piece that looks like a letter F pipe. it replaces the coolant-through-the-manifold thing BMW has originally. coolant runs to it, through it, and to the overflow tank and all that. I'm sure there are various ways to do this, and some different hoses fit right. I can look on my Bav and see what we used. It's basically a bunch of hoses chosen to fit into the whole coolant/heating system.

other than that, carbs and manifold(s) needed, plus a linkage. We made a linkage out of the Zenith one (added new arms, etc) but I want to make something better. The coolest thing would be a cable setup like EFI cars have, I think. But whatever works. Maybe you have a linkage already.

Don't hook up the manual choke cable, there's no use whatsoever.

Hmm... I'll try and dig up some info this weekend.
