Upper Dash Pad (archive)

Can someone give me a diagram on the installation of the upper dash pad. The CD repair manual dosen't have anything helpful, I don't have a paper manual. I have the 5mm nuts installed on the instrument binnacle where it passes through the rear of the dash but I can't get the pad to lay flat. I'm not sure if I have the defroster ducts installed in the dash clips correctly. Does anyone have suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong, help...
