Radiator question..... (archive)

Any body on this board uses 4 core radiator?
Mine is 3 core and I'm thinking of making it 4 core.
I want to make sure its worth it. Because as I understand they will have to use smaller diameter pipes, to accommodate the maximum width of the radiator (approx. 2")
The 3 core radiator will have larger diameter tubes than the 4 core. Since my 3 cores already accommodates the maximum width of the radiator.
So is 4 smaller cores better that 3 bigger diameter cores and why???
