Yes, you can replace just the electricals. Paul at Maximillians will be able to get it, if available. But, take the cover off from the bottom the steering, and then you'll see the ignition cylinder held on with a small screw. Mine was not giving juice to one of the termoinal for the parking lights, after removing the cylinder, I found it intenal part loose from the outside case. I just crimped it to make it secure and its been working just fine.
